## No Results Guarantee

IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, conversions, or success rates from our services. Results may vary significantly based on numerous factors including but not limited to:

- Quality of provided lead data

- Industry conditions and market factors

- Client's sales processes and capabilities

- External economic and regulatory conditions

- Lead responsiveness and market timing

Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis using industry best practices and advanced AI technology.

## Payment Terms and No Refund Policy

### Payment

- All fees are due as specified in your service agreement

- Setup fees are payable before service activation

- Monthly fees are billed in advance

- All amounts are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT where applicable

### No Refunds

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for any services rendered, including but not limited to:

- Setup fees once services have been configured

- Monthly service fees for any portion of the billing period

- Lead fees for qualified transfers or appointments

- Any services already provided or initiated

All sales are final. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

## Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Providing accurate and legal lead data

- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

- Obtaining necessary consents for contact and data processing

- Maintaining appropriate licenses for your business activities

- Following up appropriately with transferred leads

- Providing timely payment for services

## Best Practices and Service Standards

We employ industry best practices including:

- Advanced AI technology for lead qualification

- Professional communication standards

- Secure data handling and processing

- Regular system monitoring and optimization

- Compliance with South African telecommunications regulations

However, technology and market conditions may affect service performance, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

## Data and Lead Quality

### Your Data

- You warrant that all provided data is obtained legally

- You are responsible for data accuracy and completeness

- We are not liable for poor results due to inaccurate or outdated data

### Lead Qualification

- Leads are qualified based on predetermined criteria

- Qualification standards may not guarantee sales conversions

- Lead quality can vary due to factors beyond our control

## Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SOUTH AFRICAN LAW:

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim

- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

- We are not responsible for lost profits, business interruption, or opportunity costs

- We make no warranties regarding service availability, uptime, or performance metrics

## Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of our services

- Your violation of these terms

- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

- Inaccurate or unlawfully obtained data you provide

## Service Modifications and Termination
