3. Credits, Billing & Payments

  • All calls consume credits based on minutes used
  • Credits are non-refundable
  • Unused credits may expire
  • Pricing may change at any time
  • Subscriptions, if offered, do not guarantee savings

You are responsible for monitoring usage.

4. No Spam or Illegal Use

You expressly agree that:

  • You will not use the Services for spam, robocalling, harassment, or unlawful outreach
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with:
    • Do Not Call (DNC) laws
    • Consent requirements
    • Telemarketing regulations
    • Carrier rules and regional laws

We are not responsible for:

  • Spam complaints
  • Carrier blocking
  • Number suspension
  • Regulatory fines or penalties
  • Legal claims arising from your campaigns

5. AI Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are automated and may be inaccurate
  • AI may misunderstand callers or produce unexpected output
  • AI is not a substitute for human judgment

You accept all risks associated with AI-generated interactions.

6. Recordings & Data Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

  • Legal disclosure of call recording
  • Secure handling of exported data
  • Compliance with privacy laws in your jurisdiction

We provide tools, not legal compliance guarantees.

7. Service Availability

The Services may be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Carrier outages
  • AI provider downtime
  • Network failures

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, or business interruption
